Before the Sun starts to dip away, and the Summer air scatters off, I'm all over wearing my maxi skirts and pretty sandals.. one last time. This mint colored Rebecca Minkoff bag is the perfect transitioning piece between Summer and Fall. Worn here with very Summer approved pieces. I can't wait to see what ideas Fall might bring my way. I plan to mix things up again with this very same bag.

Do you like my pink ankle lace-up sandals? I call them my Mermaid sandals. For some reason, I can easily envision Ariel wearing them, as she dazzles Prince Eric. She doesn't even have to say a word... ;)

This little yellow pencil skirt will definitely be making the rounds on the blog! Vintage Thierry Mugler at its best. Straight from Paris in the eighties. The blazer, also vintage, complements the hue of the skirt with its gold buttons. Mix in spiked heels, a soft yellow Chanel bag, Ray Ban Wayfarers...and I'm ready to go! Easy go-to look for a business meeting. Also works for attending Fashion Week or a dinner date in. Do you like the idea of mixing in a casual t-shirt underneath?

I had a blast from the past trying on vintage pieces at Adore Boutique for my next photo shoot. I'm actually collaborating with the local magazine on a few articles that integrate my photo shoots. More to come on that soon. What do you think of this bright yellow pencil skirt? I think it's the cat's pajamas. I was able to spot it amid a rack of vintage garments because of its vibrant hue. It's a genuine Thierry Mugler from Paris in the eighties. The blazer, also from the eighties, came home with me too.

I recently picked up this pretty little yellow Chanel bag from Vintage boutique, Adore. Rumor has it, this bag once belonged to Jerry Hall. Can you imagine the stories this bag could tell? And all of the lavish parties it has attended? I wonder what's in store for me with this bag? When my Mom first saw it, she wanted to keep it for herself. ;)

There's this electric energy that flows through me whenever I am in New York City. I feel at home there.
The LOFT flagship store was très amazing. Beautifully organized by color, cut and accessory.




I couldn't believe the party myself. To see and meet Alexa Chung was pretty much unbelievable!
After leaving the soirée for Dinner, I came back to find Alexis Bledel 2 heads in front of me in line. QUEL SURPRISE! I have to say both girls were not only prettier in person, but just as sweet as I'd imagined! Ra Ra Riot puts on a great show, amazing LIVE. Catch them if you can.



Visiting is bittersweet, always wondering when I'll be back.
I love New York, and hope to stay in the Bowery Hotel again soon!
