This Coat is vintage (my Mom's!) from the eighties. I love its nubby structure and interlaced fabrics. The silhouette alone attracted my attention and the sweater sleeves are great. I feel like I could fit in on set any eighties movie whilst wearing it. Adventures in Babysitting for instance, or my other personal favorite, Ferris Bueller's Day Off!

The addition of a charcoal gray T Shirt from Stylemint and form-fitting leggings were all I needed to complete my look. The punch of color via my flourescent Cambridge satchel and chunky, Topshop ankle boots (which I can't seem to get enough of!) were the final touches.

Just a quick peek at the details of my next StyleMint outfit. When the weather starts to freeze your fingers and toes, it's time to break out the brights. This fluorescent satchel is the perfect medicine for fending off the cold, Winter months. Almost as delicious (and effective) as Vitamin C!

You can't imagine my surprise when I was contacted by Rachel Roy to receive a special gift for the Holiday Season to wear on my Blog! I've admired Rachel Roy for quite a while now. I find her style to be polished and powerful. She exudes nothing but glamour and confidence. I'm so incredibly flattered to have been gifted this lovely faux fur vest. It fits my style perfectly.

And how do you like my new chunky knit neon sweater? I picked this bright color because I could easily see myself spicing up my Winter wardrobe with it. I am in lust with bright colors. These suede leggings are my new favorite Fall trend. They're very warm too.

Today I'm wearing some of the items I scored at H&M a few weeks ago. I couldn't resist the adorable cat faces on these black, fuzzy ear muffs. What do you think about them? I also snatched up this lovely, chunky cable knit scarf. A great layering piece. I paired the basic black H&M Trend items with some neon for added fun.

My very first piece from Zara. Ever since I walked into the brick and mortar space in New York last year, I've been waiting for a Zara to open up shop near me. Going online in the U.S. is close enough for me. I decided to apply a layer of neon to these basic pieces. I have a feeling this blazer will come in handy as the leaves start to fall....

Maybe it was the brights at Christian Siriano and 3.1 Phillip Lim or the Neon accents at Nanette Lepore that inspired me? Either way, Neon doesn't seem to be going anywhere soon, as New York Fashion Week shared. I'm still loving neon as much now as I did in June.. I wore this outfit in Soho to view a few private collections, tour some Showrooms and then catch a Show at Soho House. More on all of that soon.
