When I first saw this dress, I thought about Prom and I thought about the Fifties. What girl doesn't love a little bit of tulle? I'm pretty sure Carrie Bradshaw wore tulle to her high school prom... probably with really poofy hair and layered necklaces a la eighties Madonna. I tried to keep it simple and focused on the dress. Neutral pink sandals and a basic black tee layered underneath. Add a punchy bright pink clutch and ...Voila!
